About SmartHub
SmartHub is a simple and quick way to make a payment or view your hourly meter data. You can compare bills and find out what day of the week or hour of the day you typically use the most energy.
You can also choose to receive an email or text alert when a payment is due or other account activity occurs, such as high usage alerts, so you know before your bill arrives that you’re using more power than usual.
Members can also download the SmartHub app from iTunes or the Android Marketplace. The app allows you to make a payment or view your usage while on the go.

Provides 24-hour access to account(s)

Sends an email notification when a new electric bill is generated. The email includes a link to easy navigation to billing information. Members can use SmartHub to review account information and pay their electric bill.

Allows members to pay electronically using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Displays posting of payments in real time, during office hours, payments made between 9 pm and 2 am may not update until the next business day.

Provides current historical billing information, payment history and use graphs.

Includes free app for smartphones and tablets. Download it by searching “SmartHub” in the Apple Store or Android Marketplace. Once the app is open, type in Midstate Electric as the provider. The log in information is the same for both the web and mobile app.

Allows members to enroll in paperless billing.
