The New Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured (NEEM) Home Incentive is for new electrically heated stick-built homes and manufactured homes built to NEEM specifications. New NEEM manufactured homes receive a $1200 incentive when set-up is complete and the home has passed an inspection by a MEC representative.
