Our residential insulation program is available to homeowners retrofitting their home. All Midstate Electric single and multi-family residential customers with permanently installed electric heat qualify for the program. Incentives may be available for contractor-installed improvements such as ceiling, floor and wall insulation. Homeowner "do-it-yourself" projects DO NOT qualify.
